Theresa is wonderful! We have been working together for the past year. She sold a commercial property and our family home for us in Rochester, all while I am all the way out here in California. So she had to do everything for us remotely. Not only did she sell the properties, but handled all the big and small hiccups along the way. She always maintained a positive attitude and made me feel like everything would be okay. I can't recommend her strongly enough. I'm glad to have the properties sold, but will definitely miss working with her.

We just closed on our first home after renting for many years. Getting a mortgage was a bit tedious at first but overall it was worth it. Theresa was very helpful in the process. We worked with another realtor who referred us to a mortgage person who made our payment to be 1350 a month. That just couldn't work but he kept trying to tell us that it would be fine. A friend of mine who works at Greco title recommended a different mortgage person who got us approved for a mortgage with a payment of 1175. a month. Huge difference! He also recommended Theresa he said he worked with her many times before and would highly recommend her because she's honest and won't talk us into something we don't want. We found he to be just that. Long story short it all worked out perfect

Theresa is awesome! She went above and beyond to find my fiancé and I the perfect listings! Before our first showings, she took the time to get to know our personal styles and it was reflected on the properties she found for us. We felt like she was on the same page as us when trying to imagine ourselves in each home. She will be our primary realtor throughout the rest of our home searching and hopefully buying experience.

I had my house listed twice with 2 different realtors before I listed it with Theresa and wasn't able to sell it. I found Theresa on a whim through Realtor.com and decided to try again. She listed my home on a Saturday, Monday she met the photographer here for photos that made my house look like it was in Home and Garden. The pictures looked so great that my wife and I joked that we'd like to buy it. Yesterday we got an offer for full asking price. I really can't recommend her enough
